Everything is in English: the reply, the monthly report, the lease summary. Nothing gets translated twice, and nothing important reaches you as a screenshot of a Vietnamese document with no explanation.

No. The entire onboarding can be done remotely: consultation by video call, documents shared digitally, and keys handed over by your current contact or building management.
Property management is 4% of annual rent. Tenant sourcing is one month’s rent, payable only when a tenant signs. Furnishing packages start at $4,000 for a one-bedroom. See Pricing for the full picture.
We still take it on. The 13 buildings on our portfolio page are where we already have units, contractors and rent data. That shortens the learning curve, but it is not a requirement.
