Our management fee is 4% of annual rent — no setup fee, no percentage on top of every repair. Tenant sourcing, if you need it, is one month’s rent when a tenant signs.

Non-urgent costs need your written approval first. Quotes get compared, receipts get filed, and it all appears in the monthly statement.
