Celestine Westlake, formerly marketed as Westlake Residential, is Vinaenco's two-tower project at 300 Vo Chi Cong in Tay Ho Tay, Hanoi. Each 23-floor tower sits on 4 basement levels, and the two towers together hold 216 apartments ranging from 55.8 to 194 square meters, including 28 dual-key units of about 138 square meters.
The developer lists building permit 05/GPXD (27 March 2023), the Hanoi Department of Construction's notice 7842/SXD-QLN (24 June 2025) that the apartments may be sold before completion, and a BIDV bank guarantee for off-plan sales. Coteccons is the main contractor, DPA Singapore is the architect and Artelia is the project manager. The towers topped out on 5 April 2026, according to the developer, with handover expected in June 2027, according to celestinewestlake.vn.
Celestine Westlake sits in the same Tay Ho Tay new urban area as Starlake Hanoi and 6th Element, two buildings we manage nearby.
