Maison Privée is a 490-apartment project by CapitaLand Development, developed in partnership with Mitsubishi Estate and Nomura Real Estate Development, on plot CT07-CT1 in the Ciputra urban area of Phu Thuong ward, Tay Ho, Hanoi, according to maisonpriveecapitaland.vn. The development comprises two 35-floor towers on a site of approximately 0.8 hectares, with units ranging from 98 m² two-bedroom-plus suites to duplexes nearing 400 m², according to the developer.
CapitaLand states construction is scheduled to start in Q3 2026, with completion targeted for Q1 2029 and a sales preview planned for Q4 2026. The estimated total development value is about $450 million. The developer is targeting Vietnam's first WELL for Residential Pre-Certification for the project, and describes the planned supercar garage as the first at a residential project in Hanoi.
Maison Privée sits in the same Tay Ho district as D'El Dorado I, a building we manage nearby.
