Noble Crystal Tay Ho is a five-tower, 40-floor development by Sunshine Group in the Ciputra urban area of Tay Ho, Hanoi. The five towers hold 955 apartments on a 50,850 m² site, and the residences are operated under the WorldHotels brand, according to the developer.
By mid-September 2026, four of the five towers had topped out, and the remaining tower, Stella, had reached floor 38 of 40, according to Tien Phong. Some high-rise mechanical and electrical installation had reached 64% completion. Handover is expected in Q2 2027, according to the developer.
