Notes for owners at Lumière Evergreen
If you own in The Aura, you are already past handover — and the clock is now the thing working against you. Several hundred apartments in one building reach the rental market within the same few months. The units that let first are the ones that were furnished and photographed before the wave, not the ones that started once neighbours had already listed.
If you own in The Atmos or The Aqua, you have the more useful position: time to have the unit ready for the week you get the keys. Practically, that means deciding furnished or unfurnished now, and having someone attend the acceptance inspection so a defect list exists in writing before you sign.
Either way, your contract has the exact layout figures for your unit; the size bands quoted by selling agents do not agree with each other. Send us the contract and we will work from that.
We are not going to tell you this building needs a $6,000 fit-out. It does not — Masterise hands it over finished. What it needs is the layer above that, and we would rather quote you for the layer that is missing than sell you a package you have already paid the developer for.
